However, as far as we are aware, this connection has been clearly demonstrated in every country where it &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;has&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; been studied. You are correct that the current recommendation is based on that information and not on information specific to Nigeria. Do you believe it is inappropriate to make this recommendation on the basis of information that is not country-specific? I am not aware that such studies have been carried out in &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;any&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt; African nation as yet.</description>

		<description>I am concerned about the source of the information on prostate cancer in Nigeria.

I am not aware of any study showing increased risk amongst relatives of cases in Nigeria except this is just a general information on prostate cancer that is believed to apply to all populations.</description>
